Chicken Stir-Fry – Calories: 400, Protein: 30g, Fat: 15g, Carbs: 35g

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add vegetables and sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in coconut aminos and season.
