Good product for daily use
Others have an alarming amount of cholesterol in them. When you drink it twice a day that can be dangerous. This one tastes good. The only difference in making my shakes is this one seems to be “thicker” so I have to use a bit more milk.

This is the perfect protein powder
I’ve never been very interested in protein powders. I tried a brand several years ago, and I didn’t like it. It didn’t taste good at all, and it wasn’t very substantial or filling. However, a little over six months ago I ramped up my excursions to the gym while lessening my caloric intake and decided that I needed some type of supplement to maintain my muscle mass and energy without too many calories. I researched protein powders for a handful of days and decided to try Syntha-6 Isolate, and it did not dissapoint. It lived up to its hype completely. It tastes excellent–so good in fact, that you could use it as a healthy dessert. And of course, it is packed with protein while boasting only 140 calories due to its isolate nature. And lastly, it is also a 50/50 split between whey and casein protein which allows it to have both quick and slow absorption, respectively. This, in turn, makes Syntha-6 Isolate an effective pre- and post-workout protein shake. Your protein needs start and end right here.

My feelings are more complicated than I feel like typing.
I have mixed feelings about BSN SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE. Yes, it is a high quality protein. Yes, since it has fast and slow metabolizing proteins, it can be beneficially used at many times (like in the morning, before bed, before or after work outs).This protein powder is good enough that I will use all of it I have, but I will almost certainly never buy this particular protein powder again. It simply has too many calories and carbs. There are other protein powders with more protein per serving and fewer calories and carbs. Additionally, this powder gets too thick for me. Perhaps some people will like how thick and creamy it gets (even in water). After all, a thicker shake is more filling, but it isn’t smooth. It is gritty. I find it harder to wash residue from BSN SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE from my drink shaker than other protein powders.Lastly, the taste of BSN SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE is what I feel most conflicted about. The actual flavor is good. In fact, I would love the flavor if it weren’t so sweet. It is so sweet that it has occasionally given me a slightly nauseated feeling.Overall, I can’t say that this is a bad protein powder. It just isn’t for me, and I can’t recommend it for anyone else.

The product was supposed to be the BSN syntha 6 isolate what i saw in the product description, instead of syntha 6 ultra premium protein matrix which they sent me.I don’t know whether they understand the difference between syntha 6 isolate and syntha 6 ultra premium protein.
