MIXES GREAT IN COOL WATER. CHOCOLATE FLAVOR TASTES LIKE SWISS MISS COCAO. ONLY DOWNSIDE IS A SLIGHT BITTER AFTERTASTE FROM THE STEVIA, WHICH IS A FAIR TRADE OFF TO HAVING NO ADDED SUGAR. I’D BUY IT AGAIN.

I wanted to get back to more of an AB protein powder but this, as does all whey, kinda upset my stomach. It drank it yesterday, just 2 tbsp, and I’m still in pain. Be aware that because it’s a food item, it’s not returnable. I think, honestly, most people drink protein powders for convenience and for taste. I mean they make great smoothies and you can create some delicious recipes. But for those with health conditions, digestive problems, I think it’s best to stick with real whole foods. You can get plenty of protein from eggs, yogurt, meat, and other high quality dairy and protein based foods……I’m not against using protein powders, I just think for me it’s best to use the least processed foods available. I spent the entire day in bed yesterday with horrendous cramps and bloating…..so if you have a sensitive gut, you’ve been warned. Even the highest quality can be a problem. And that goes for plant based powders as well.

Delicious vanilla ice cream taste
So good w/water, ice cubes, almond milk.. we add powdered peanut butter and make a tasty lowcarb milkshake, yum!! Excellent flavor!
