Lightest Yellow, medium pink, strongest blue.Good length, can stand up straight when under foot. Easy to carry, I lead an outdoor exercise class and don’t want to bring dumbbells. Very durable and easy to use.

I had another set that was 4-5 years old, warning they do wear out, snapped and I almost fell. With trepidation I got this set. They work but the resistance is a little different from the ones at the PT place. They stretch but stop a little shorter.

I took these bands.. the yellow one to be precise, to my physiotherapist appointment. I broke my wrist and he had mentioned that he thought using a band would help with regaining my flexibility. I went out and purchased this product for that purpose. I’m inexperienced with bands, but he thought the band was great and of good quality. Got to trust your physio guy. I have not used them for anything else…. yet.

Just finished following the exercises in the booklet that comes with the bands and WOW I can feel it and I broke a sweat.I have chronic pain issues and working with the bands is much easier than I expected (with a couple of modifications.)Great packaging, I love the little mesh bag for storage and the exercise booklet is greatly appreciated.I highly recommend these!Thanks!
