Love the product!
The tidal tank products are great. Easy to set up, the materials are strong, durable, and well constructed. I work with high performance tennis players, and the products are great to help train rotational power, balance & stability, amongst other necessary areas. The players enjoy using them, it makes practice different and fun while helping make them better athletes.

Unique workouts
I bought this originally as a way to âlift weightsâ without a gym/traveling/on vacation. However Iâve quickly come to love it and it is something Iâd like to continue using even when I have access to a gym. Iâm noticing improvements in my balance and Iâm feeling stronger in a new way. Iâve been using this for single-leg exercises and itâs been a unique challenge. I definitely recommend if youâre looking to have something that is easy to travel with, if youâre looking for a challenge, or if you want to improve your balance and overall fitness.

Enjoying The Tidal Tank
I was looking for sandbags to implement in my exercise routine and to introduce some exercise modalities for my clients when I start personal training. Sandbag filling can be a bit of a hassle. I came across Tidal Tank and was very curious about the product and the benefits it offers. I absolutely love that the weight (the water) can be adjusted and makes the intensity customizable to your workouts. I also really enjoy the free app that shows you how to set-up the Tidal Tank ( SUPER EASY), as well as categorized body-split workouts to follow along. The customer service/ support team is also appreciated as I have reached out to them twice and they are very helpful and responsive. Get the Tidal Tank as it is not only challenging but FUN!

Fun, challenging, & dynamic way to get you moving
I originally bought this product as a substitute for a Samtola (Indian Barbell). As a coach, I know the benefits of exercising with a dynamic load. I love the variability of the exercises this equipment offers.

Tidal Tank in baseball training
The slim tidal tank adds a great option for sport specific warmups as well as in a general workout. The high quality handles seem to withstand multiple users over the course of a workout of all various body sizes. Will be a staple in all my coaching lessons

Great for a variety of exercises
Having a tidal tank in our clinic is a great asset, utilizing them for stability and resistance provides a new dynamic in how we can challenge our patients. The ability to fill them to different levels, option to add your own dye colors, and the bags having fill lines with what weight the bag will be at that point allow for clear delineation between various difficulty levels, and could be used for many different levels of exercise.

Assuming that it lasts and the handles don’t fall off or it leaks (and no reason to think that it will) I think this is great …. good value, versatile, easy to fill and pump up and great for what I think would probably be called functional exercise … big compound dynamic exercises with extra element of the variability to make sure that stabilising muscles involved. I also have a vipr which is great but the Tidal Tank does the same job and more for much less cost
