    Great addition to workouts
    I was skeptical, as new designs for exercise machines rarely work out hah. But this one impressed me quickly. First off, it’s quite heavy. Even lifting this thing is a bit of a workout, so make sure not to use it where you can drop it. It’s very sturdily built, and with just a few exercises, immediately the shoulders were burning. I can tell this is exercising muscles usual dumbbell or kettlebell exercises miss. This is an excellent way to add a variety of exercises to your repertoire, and feels good. The compact size also makes this so easy to put away, it’s flatter than one dumbbell. Compared to similar products, this seems better priced. And I don’t know how you’d improve on this, maybe a bit more padding or higher weight options. But the machine is perfectly fine for exercise as is. I’m actually enjoying working out with this, and it will be a main part of my exercises from now. Great device

They scoff at planned obsolescence!My girlfriend, who loves all manner of exercise equipment, is pretty enthusiastic about this device. I asked if she’d consider not getting quite as ripped as the men demonstrating these figurative exercise handcuffs. No promises offered.

    This is an interesting device
    I think this is an interesting device. It’s basically made for upper body cardio, and it does give a good workout. This one is built heavy and I enjoy the heavy weight of it. But I also think this particular one isn’t the highest quality. The resistance is not smooth, so it leads to some jerky motion which does not feel good in the wrists. It’s not bad but I think that it’s something that could be easily addressed and improved upon. I’m tempted to use some sewing machine oil to see if it improves the feel.

    Wonderful
    I’ve ordered all kinds of equipment over the years and very few have been as satisfying as this. It is heavy and solidly built. Workout for just a few minutes on each routine has the arms and shoulders burning in no time. Highly recommended.

    Just lifting this up is a workout, all jokes aside it does have some weight to it but it works.You will definitely feel a burn after using this. It performs just as it says, you can adjust the resistance on it which is a plus. The overall quality of this is executed to last. You will definitely feel it after using this.

    Very interesting
    This is very heavy! Just lifting it is a workout. I felt it’s effects immediately in my chest and arms.It’s a limited device. While it’s effective in what it does there are only a few exercises that can be done with this.I like it and find that it’s useful for improving my upper body strength. I will try to come up with some new exercises and post them here.I think this is designed for a man but I’m a woman and it’s helpful for me.

    Tone me up
    This is a great addition to any home work out. It is a little heavy but an overall great product. It has adjustable resistance that will help improve your overall strength. It is easy to use and to setup. It is great to workout different areas of your arms and shoulders. The only issue is that it is a little heavy but you can do this is sitting and that will help with the weight of the product. This is a reasonably priced product and a an overall good product.
