Excellent value
You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal in terms of cost per gram of protein. This delivers 30 grams of protein per serving (more than many other protein powders) and provides excellent value at roughly $1/serving. Tastes great and is easy to dissolve. Sure, it is possible to enough protein from regular food sources but even at 1.5 g of protein per kg of body weight, requires a LOT of planning and effort. This is a good supplement to an existing healthy diet. For a long time I didn’t pay much attention to the importance of additional protein for weight training, but it is just as important as the workouts themselves. Repeat customer, very satisfied with this product.

Absolutely awesome!
I absolutely LOVE this protein. I mix the chocolate flavor in with frozen berries and milk and it makes such a good smoothie. Itâs also good just shaken with milk too. Doesnât hurt my stomach at all (surprising as a lactose intolerant celiac girly). No strange smell at all and flavor is consistently good. Texture is also very nice and easy to mix, not clumpy or anything. Great for refueling after a workout or just staying full for a while. 10/10 will be repurchasing and telling all my friends about this.

Get chocolate
I have gotten a couple of these tubs. They have always been sealed and brand new. The ingredients for the most part are considered safe in moderation when paired with a balanced diet. I get the chocolate because it has less ingredients compared to the other flavors. So I would recommend chocolate for that reason. The scoops are pretty big. Make sure to use a larger cup for ease of use and no overflowing. The taste is alright I would recommend using a blender or a whisk to avoids chunks of powder. Using a fork or spoon will take awhile and chunks are unavoidable. If you are using cold liquids definitely blend or chunks are inevitable. Even with blending it is a bit grainy. Itâs a decent way to meet your protein goals. I started using unflavored whey from a different brand and making my own smoothies with higher protein contents for the calories. A bit more expensive but worth it. This by all means works for the price and isnât half bad.

Delicious and Affordable Protein Powder
The Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder in Chocolate is fantastic! It tastes great, making it a pleasure to drink after workouts. With 60g of protein and 12g of BCAAs per 2 scoops, itâs perfect for muscle gain and recovery. The added immune support with Vitamins C and D is a nice bonus. At 3.9lbs, it’s a great value for the price. Iâm very pleased with this protein powder and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and tasty supplement!

Easily replaces buying from the gas station everyday
I purchased the chocolate peanut butter flavor, and I couldnât be more happy with it. It mixed well with water, and it didnât have that fake protein taste. It tasted rich, creamy, and flavorful. The flavor was so good, I actually crave my next protein shake. I stumbled upon this protein powder and I was weary because of the low price, but I will definitely buy this again and I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Great taste but Really bad constipation
I wanted to love this product because of the taste it provided in my smoothie and how much protein I was getting per serving (2scoops) but I noticed over time that I became extremely bloated and constipated. So I dropped from two scoops, to one scoop, to finally a half of a scoop (15g of protein) and still⦠STUFFED. And I eats loads of fiber and drink water. Went two days of not drinking and noticed I had more frequent BM. This may just be an experience I had, just wanted to put that out there.

Big scoop! Tastes good, not overly sweet – Strawberry
So. Iâve been looking for some other brands of protein powder. I was on an isolate protein from GNC for the past two years and started noticing that it wasnât showing the same results as it once did.Granted Iâve lost 60 lbs in fat in the past two years, however, Iâve hit my plateau⦠Iâve gained a lot of muscle in the past year and half thanks to my job and working out, which is amazing, however Iâm still needing to drop 30 more lbs of stubborn fat, mid section and thighs. That seems to really want to stay lol Iâm 40 yrs young , female and things just donât fall off the way they did in my 20âs lolI also have a c-section belly which sucks – woman that have this will understand! LolSo, I have included another brand in the picture, that Iâve been trying for two weeks now and that definitely giving me the energy to get my morning started, bc coffee alone doesnât cut it, nor do I like the taste of just coffee, for which I then need to add creamer and most creamers are gross.I also get an upset stomach, so I also have to take in 2 monsters or 2 ghost energy drinks throughout my work days to have the energy to keep up.My job is very physical, I lift, carry, push and pull 6-10k lbs per day, 5 days a week .. and I walk on average 15-20 miles per day.I do workout at home on my days off as well. Unless Iâm just that beat up from work, then I rest .Anyways,The other brand is great for energy and the taste isnât terrible, especially being a coffee flavor,However it has 30g of protein per scoop,I usually take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 mid day.As I have to take in 150g of protein each day to burn the fat thatâs hanging out and build what Iâm shooting for in my goals.I just got this brand in this morning, the scoop is much bigger than the other and they both are 30g of protein per scoop.. lolSize matters lolI feel like the other brand is not accurate on the scoop size now seeing the difference lolThis brand has 2 more grams of sugar and 2 more grams of carbs ..not too worried about those..The other brand is designed to help you loss weight..this one is designed to help build muscle, which fat turns into muscle to a degree, some with just burn off.Iâm just in awe over the scoop size difference lolThe taste isnât overly sweet, which I wish it was a bit sweeter. It tastes great with whole milk, thereâs tiny freeze dried pieces of strawberries in it and you do taste them.If shaken well, you wonât get chunks, thatâs the trick with any shaken protein powder, I shake mine for 3 mins and Iâve never had chunks, no matter the brand.Iâve had friends give thereâs a light shake for a minute and they have chunks..also make sure you have a good shaker bottle to help break the powder up.Stirring with a spoon doesnât cut it , in my opinion.Blending of course – thatâs a no brainer .Iâll update my review when I finish the container – As Iâm hopeful itâll help build my muscle mass a bit more.Iâm wanting not wanting to look like a body builder by no means, lean muscle with good strength, toned but not too much!Encouragement for the readers:Our bodies are all different and what works for one may not on another, our bodies also form the way they do as they are our own, so how one forms, another may not form the same way.Give your body time to adjust from what itâs been and what it will be. Getting fit takes time, itâs not a quick 30 days and poof your sportin your fit body. In 30 days youâll start feeling a difference, youâll feel better , in 60 days, if youâre constant, youâll start seeing a difference in 90 days youâll see results and so forth.Consistency is key ðJust how it took time to pack on the lbs , didnât happen overnight,Find your body, find what works for you and eat what works for you, not what someone tells you what to eat because it worked for them.Same goes for working out, what works for someone else, may not work for you.Try things, for a few weeks and adjust where you feel the need to adjust.Work with a good PT if you need that help to get started, find a trainer that will listen to you and apply the tools you need to get where you want to be and eventually be able to do them on your own.If you come across a trainer that really isnât listening to your needs or isnât giving you a good feeling , find another trainer, bc those ones just want your money, they donât truly care about your needs or wants.Yes they do exist.Good luck in your journey! You can do this ! Everyone can.
