    Incredible, just wish bands were a bit longer
    Great product. Works super well, especially if you’re shorter. I’m 6’3 and the only complaint I have are how short these bands are. If I’d use full range of motion with my tibs engaged, yikes. But my solution has been to not engage my tibs & to not care about the initial start of the range of motion, in that case these are a great value!

    This is a great set for at home full body workouts. You can do a number of exercises with this product, I love it. You just need a solid door and you’re good.

    This is an easy to set up training tool for your hip flexors
    Place the stopper on the bottom of the other side of the door, shut the door and then add the resistance cable to the foot straps. Once you have them secure, lie down on your back and do a curl with your legs. Straighten your legs according to how much tension you want to keep. It’s that simple. Comes with multiple resistance bands so you can get stronger. The hip flexor is a key muscle and more and more people are finally paying attention to it. This is an easy way to strengthen it. Great little contraption to add to any home gym

    A good addition to your home workout equipment
    I was hoping to find a product to help with leg strengthening, and I stumbled upon these. Regarding what’s in the box, everything seems to be of high quality. I liked that it came with a bag for everything, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the bag is quite small even with everything in it (like the size of a headphones carrying case).The one caveat I’d add is that you’ll want to make sure your door is sturdy enough for these. I know most won’t have any problems, but some doors can be rather flimsy and you might end up putting quite a bit of weight on them with these.Overall these are a good addition to your leg workout regimen, and as an added bonus help to keep the pressure off your knees that squats and lunges put on them.
