    We use this in shakes:1 scoop chocolate whey2/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt1/3 cup water4 ice crescentsMix in the blender for 30 seconds and it comes out smooth with no grit.If you are unsure, try a smaller size first, but definitely get chocolate.

    Received expired product.
    I received a product which had expired months before the order date. This should not be acceptable.

    I’ve been using ON Gold Standard whey for years. I chose ON’s product because a small study found that their’s was the only one among the whey products that were looked at that did not contain any heavy metals.
