I like the taste, especially chocolate, it has 24g of protein, 140 calories and only 1g of sugar, it’s great when you can’t eat a regular meal!

Good stuff and really convenient
Tastes great, super convenient for getting your protein on the run. You can add milk or milk alternatives, cold brew coffee, or the like to mix it up and add bulk or variety to the taste as well. Sometimes I will put it with some almond milk, zero sugar syrup, ice, and cocoa powder into the blender and make a huge milkshake that is really healthy. Good price too.

Best price on protein drinks
As with all high protein, low fat energy drinks the taste is not as tasty as an Ensure but those make you fat if you drink them with meals like I do. Shopped around for energy drinks after those at Costco ran out again and these are comparable in taste and protein content. I use these to squash middle of the night hunger and to relieve leg muscle cramps from exercise.

Sabe como a leche nesquik pero un poco mas dulce. La gente que dice que se asienta pues obvio hay que agitarla antes de beber. Es un buen producto y práctico para cuando no te da tiempo de comer. Sin embargo, si no eres alguien que le gusten las cosas muy dulces no las recomiendo.
