    This stuff was recommended by my trainer at the gym. I love it, and the flavor is excellent! I put half a scoop in Greek, non-fat yogurt for a treat every now & then too.

    This the only protein powder I have found that doesn’t bloat me or give me gas.It’s a little light on taste, but I’ll trade that for the awful side effects of other protein powders.

    This was so sickeningly sweet it is intolerable! and with the claim of being 1g sugar, so I had a closer look at the label. It uses Sucralose, which while they can claim it contains no added “sugar”, has been proven to create weight gain. These sweeteners promote metabolic dysfunction. Another study shows it to be very dangerous to anyone with autoimmunity problems . I personally was looking for a whey protein that was not sweetened AT ALL!! Read the fine print, folks. This is going into the trash.

    Love how well this mixed, most do not mix wellDoesn’t have a grainy texture, tastes smooth and deliciousMost leave me dealing bloated or sick, this does not and I notice a difference day to day.Most protein shakes out there are a waste and you should honestly as much as possible eat real food and while this one has its own flaws like all do it actually is one of the few that does work. I gave it 4 stars simply because of the sweetener used. But I don’t care how good you think your brand of shake is, I promise you it’s flwed and you need to be an adult and find what you need, just like a relationship just because you don’t like something about it doesn’t mean it’s bad it just doesn’t work for you, nothings perfect. Also cut the servings in half no one can process that much protein at one time, and remember there is no such thing as a quality protein coming from a powder only real food it’s just it’s not meant to be used as a regular meal
