Better than a massage for relieving tension in my neck, while also strengthening it and making it thicker/more aesthetic. I like using it with an elastic band best, but the weighted exercises are awesome too. Wish I’d bought it earlier.

ONE SIDE RIPPED OFF SO IT’S NOT USABLE!
This thing came apart on one side. Had about 50 lbs on it. Of course the return window I’d closed. Only used it for about a month!
