Rehab an ankle
I have only used the medium band to help rehab a sprained ankle and it really helps with the exercises. I felt the price was worth it. So far, itâs holding up to all stretching Iâm putting on it. Glad I bought it.

The bands work fine but they came with handles and no directions as to how to attach the handles. Therefore they are not usable.
